3. Product Warranty

  • All products come with a Return-to-Base Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty excludes wear & tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, environmental damage, and non-recommended inks.

4. Product Compatibility

  • Products are designed for machines supplied or approved by Printercore.

  • Compatibility with third-party machines is not guaranteed.

  • Verify model/specifications carefully before ordering; no returns accepted due to buyer error.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, images, software, and content are the intellectual property of Printercore or partners.

  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Prices exclude taxes, duties, and delivery unless stated.

  • Typographical errors will not be binding.

  • Promotions are valid only for their stated duration and terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Not responsible for loss of profits, downtime, or payment gateway issues.

  • Use products at your own risk; follow proper safety and training.

8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Indian law.

  • Disputes fall under Delhi courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to insufficient stock, holidays, or force majeure (floods, strikes, political unrest, etc.).

  • If we cancel an order, a full refund (100%) will be issued.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders placed cannot be canceled for refund.

  • Refunds will not be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Instead, paid amounts can be credited toward a future purchase only, valid for 30 days.

Payment Failures

  • Customers are responsible for correct payment details and sufficient funds.

  • No refunds for failed payments due to incorrect details or insufficient funds.

Order Modifications

  • No changes or cancellations allowed after booking.
